"While the property is nice and the location is as good as advertised, the stay was very subpar, highlighted by two glaring problems: 1) Absolutely no staff on Sunday for our arrival. No front desk staff to check in, no guest services for questions - nobody. 2) No air conditioning made the spacious room uninhabitable, and sleep was incredibly hard to come by during the terrible heatwave that the region was experiencing when we were there."

"I booked the hotel because I had an early morning flight. It offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The hotel is quite new (2-3 months?) and the shuttle was not set up yet. So I had to use a taxi which was not cheap."

The room was a little cold, the bed a little hard - an extra blanket would have been nice as well as soap for the shower - but I could have asked for these things and I am sure my requests would have been happily tended to. "I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was lovely — very cozy bed, stylish bathroom, and even a fridge, which was super convenient. The whole place feels really well looked after. I stayed in autumn and it was so peaceful. Sugerencia: añadir algo salado (queso, jamón o embutido de la zona).
