I was disappointed that the room rate on hotels.com went down after I booked my room. Clerk at front desk was very accommodating. She moved me to another floor because guests on my assigned floor were having a hallway party right by my door. Hot shower in morning. Bathroom was clean. Coffee in lobby was luke warm by 8 am. It was fine for the money. "

"Tucked away in the hills of West Virginia, just outside of Oglebay is the most gorgeous place! It feels like walking into the home of a friend, full of love and memories. Tons of space with a massive great room, including a piano, pool table and fireplace! The owners were amazing and responsive. I notified them of an issue I had and it was resolved within the hour. I will definitely be coming back. "
