Got attacked at 1:30 am by a group of them and tried to reach out to the front desk/gm the whole night without success unfortunately. No AC so very hot if you keep the windows closed. It's located in the center of Paris and the Eiffel tower is within walk distance, so we could see the light show every night. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was as described. The app and the introduction video are helpful, especially as a foreigner. Thanks a lot."

"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."
