Walkable to/from the train station and half a block to the Porto Nigra (ancient roman gate/wall) which is the start of the cobblestone downtown shopping district!

Wir hatten Zimmer zur Straße. Dort ist es recht laut, also wie es bei so zentraler Lage erwarten darf. Nächstes Mal werden wir andere Zimmer buchen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hinreichend groß. Die Einrichtung der Badezimmer eher antiquiert. Das Buffet ist gut ausgestattet. (Ich brauche morgends keinen Lachs oder AAl...) Das Personal wirkt leicht überfordert, ist aber freundlich.

This is well located near the center of town, and is clean enough. Breakfast was ok and not too expensive. The beds are average at best though. The drawbacks, when you first arrive it is not at all clear how or where to park. You need to park illegally for a minute, let them know you are there and then drive around to a separate parking lot where they can buzz you in. Also the hotel shuts at 10pm and the only way in is to go to another place nearby and ask someone to cross the road and let you in. Seriously this issue is easily solved with key cards by most cheap hotels. If you don’t mind stuff like this then at least you will be close to food and wine to make you forget about it. Until you want to get back into your room.

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Zimmer war sauber, aber an Schlaf war nicht zu denken, da es an der Straßeseite lag. Obwohl die Fenster zu wahren, hatten wir das Gefühl mitten auf der Straße zu schlafen.

Die Lage ist super und ein gutes Hotel. Es ist älter und auch die Einrichtung. Aber soweit nicht abgewöhnt. Kopfkissen hätten noch mehr da sein können und die Habdtücher waren ok aber auch nicht mehr die neusten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Locates only 20m from Porta Nigra, building (elevator/room key) is old, but front personnels are sympathetic (English/French/German available), only negative point is, facing to road, sound from traffic is relatively big and annoying.

Leider kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Unsere Zimmer hatten zwar nur Aussicht auf die Feuerleiter, aber für last minute deal ok, waren ja nur 2 Nächte, und ruhig war es nachts. Ansonsten alles da und sauber.
