"Positif :

"The first room we were in was terrible, smelled dirty, exposed steel beams , not what we were expecting, we asked to be moved , and we were to a smaller room, which was cleaner , but smaller , we paid for a up graded room , which we never got.
And not once did the staff on site , or the owner suggested any kind of refund, but still charged us for the coffees.
Not a big deal.
This place looks nothing like the pictures show, older and not really maintained well.
Hot water took an awhile to kick...

"This is not a four-star hotel but a three-star bed and breakfast at best. Unlike the name suggests, there is nothing luxurious about the facilities, which are rather like sleeping in your grandparents’ extra bedroom. Staff is available only at check-in. There is no noise isolation between the rooms. Breakfast bread had visible mold on it on multiple mornings and cheese and charcuterie stayed in a warm room for hours. We did enjoy the beautiful area in which the apartment is located, but the...

"A disappointing experience and did not live up to the description in Expedia. Just to clarify, this is a max 3 star hotel and not 4 star as you would expect in the UK.
Issues: AC wasn’t working for the duration of the stay and the rooms were hot all day / night. Hotel decor was tired and old fashioned.
Bar - This was basically closed on one evening for a private function,
Airport transfer - Book yourself as it cost us €88 as opposed to circa €50/55.
Location - Good generally but a walk of over...

"We are a couple visiting from Canada. We liked this small hotel. Nice outdoor space. Neighbourhood hotel away from the tourist congestion. Shuttle to the metro so you can get anywhere. 15 min walk to restaurants and shops.
Didn’t have a great checkin experience. We booked a deluxe room. We were put into a 1 st story room at the back facing the dumpsters. When I told them the room description said City or Garden view they moved us. They said we could only get a 1st floor room. The view from the...
