We were unfortunately having some unexpected accident but the night shift manager just kindly help us out. Very professional and very polite. They always has the phrase: no problem. As you wish. You really feel this is what you need for a holiday. Not super luxurious of course but is more than enough you can enjoy. "

"Two things stand out for me. The amazing staff who were all friendly, helpful and just created such a great atmosphere in the hotel and the location which is absolutely incredible. One could not get any closer to the centre of town, and stepping out into the beautiful plaza around the cathedral in Aarhus cannot be beaten. If luxury and a huge bathroom is what means something to you, this is not the place, but for everything else it's fantastic."
