"Starting from the check-in, everything was superb. The front desk staff truly went above and beyond to help me with my tours. Each day at the spa was fabulous, and the bar service was spectacular. "To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. "The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The property has very extensive grounds and large pool . There is a pool bar which plays really loud music not pleasant or relaxing ! The sun beds are cheap and a lot of them are broken. There are two huge out of service water slides which dominate the garden around the pool . Really ugly ! The rooms are very dated and dark, the whole property needs a complete renovation/ refurbishment. Breakfast 5/10 . Dinner in the restaurant was very good and...
