"The only problem was that I left my phone in the room; the cleaning staff found it, but no one contacted me. I didn't realize it was missing until two hours later. I called the hotel, and they confirmed they had it. I asked if they could ship it that same day—they said they would send it overnight—but I’m still waiting."
