"We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "

"Probably the best business hotel in town. Simple room and facilities, but serves all the basic purposes needed. Wanted to give a 4-star review, but bumped it up thanks to the friendly front office staff for food recommendations."

"The property is located a short walk from the city center. It was convenient to park and easy to find. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was great. "

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again "
