"We stopped in for one night on our way further north, and became unexpectedly stranded with a vehicle issue for several hours after checkout time. The hotel staff were so kind to let us check out late without charge, and then to hang out in the comfortable lobby with our four kids until our vehicle was repaired. They even offered the kids snacks for the road once we were ready to head out! It's not easy to jump in an Uber to get around when you have kids still in car seats, so that was a huge blessing to us. Many thanks to the Quality Inn staff!"
