"Beach and city view from balcony was beautiful on the top floors"

"The oceanfront room was nice, however very dirty- floors gross, I paid for two rooms and both like this- bedding soured, went to pull a Kleenex from the box and appeared to have mouthwash poured over it and left. Just overall very unclean. "

"There was an incident on Saturday, where I was in the shower, and my friend was asleep in the bed and a hotel staff person came into our room. Unannounced never verbally announced. Their presence dropped off a microwave that we did not order and left when we talked to the assistant manager at the front desk on our way out to dinner, he seemed extremely unbothered said that if we didn’t have a do not disturb sign hanging on the door staff could come in. We didn’t think that that was very appropriate our safety and our privacy was invaded so yeah overall the stay wasn’t great. I have spoken via chat here on Hotels.com with somebody because I really don’t feel like we should be paying for stay."

"Great view, excellent outside patio and beach access. Elevators were a little unreliable at times. TV in the bedroom didn't work, requested 3 separate to be fixed. There was a second TV in the living area that did work.Floors needed to be cleaned. Kitchenette was a great amenity, excellent shower and towel exchange."

"I booked a balcony street view. Arrived at the hotel and was greeted with smiling faces. Check in process was easy and smooth. Assigned a room and went to check it out. Walked in and room was beautiful. The balcony was nice especially with the sun beaming. Didn’t have breakfast but there was an awesome selection. The pool area was clean and the water was cool. Perfect view of the beach from the pool area. Easy walk to boardwalk, restaurants and stores. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. And I will come back for another stay. "

"The house was very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking and a great neighborhood. The host was responsive. Shows 8 bed 8 bath but there is only 7 bathrooms with no common restroom for everyone to use. When we booked the house it was titled “with heated pool” but when we arrived it was not working and informed they removed the heated part from the description. I feel that would have reflected the cost of the house. The dishwasher did not work and for 8 bedroom house it was missed for sure. "
