Very secluded mountain retreat. Very quiet! Nice clean cabins. The outside does not reflect the inside. Rustic outside, totally modern inside. My family is already saying they want to go back. Just a nice short scenic drive to all Chattanooga,TN activities. Great place for a wedding or family reunion.

Our stay was great! The location is very nice and easy to find as well as being close to restaurants and activities. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the lobby and eating area. There are large windows that make it a nice place to meet up and enjoy talking. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking is easy and very nice. The hotel is very well maintained.

Nice new facility with basic amenities at pretty reasonable price. Place to sleep, shower and get a good coffee in morning

We were greeted by a gracious host who did everything to assure our comfort. Our room was tastefully furnished & very clean. We will visit again.

I have been traveling for over 20 years for work this hotel is awesome. Very clean, modern. Breakfast great, oatmeal, rolls, muffins, bagels, waffles, eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy. Can’t bet the location every restaurant you would ever want to eat at within 1 mile or less. Reasonable priced I paid $139 before taxes.

Excellent location, convenient to many restaurants and shops. Very clean, spacious room, and I loved the shower. Great water temperature and excellent pressure!! Seem silly, but I love a great shower!!

New hotel. Clean. Great bed. Friendly staff. Wonderfully decorated.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the property was very clean, the location was convenient, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the Breakfast Bistro that served Starbucks drinks was very nice. If we had had time, I would have loved to go walking on the levy and Riverwalk. Next time. We would stay here again.

The front desk staff are excellent/very helpful. Property is quaint/historic. However, the cleaning staff often forget to replace used items. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Rome, Ga. Remember to be kind; everyone is very friendly/helpful when approached.
