It may be that big with the balcony included, but I normally don’t consider a balcony to be a part of the living space. Living space wise I would estimate it to be about 15 to 18 sq meters. "Need a perfect place for R&R? If your answer is YES, the answer is definitely the Alas Resort & Spa. It is at the end of a quiet road near the village of Elia. It is totally self-contained with a sand beach, rocky beach for sunbathing, a fantastic pool with a bar nearby, an excellent restaurant, and a beautiful spa. The rooms are great (ours was small but faced the Mediterranean). The staff was totally accommodating and nice. It was a great choice for us and can be for you too."
