The check-in staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants that were off the beaten path. The only issue we faced was finding that our rental car had been damaged by the valet. Make sure you photgraph your car before and after you have it parked by a valet. This resulted in 100s of dollars in damage at the car rental return in Lisbon... "
