Waren zur Formel 1 da, Red Bull Ring sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal, trotz geschlossener Gesellschaft war für Hotelgäste die Küche geöffnet. Kommen gerne wieder.

Nice place in the countryside. I normally stay in cities/towns, but on this date, my usual place to stay in Leoben was booked out. This seemed like a decent option, and it was. It's in a tiny hamlet all alone, so you have limited dining options, and not much to do in the village, but the hotel is nice and views are spectacular! The restaurant was nice, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage.

Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, Obst hat mir gefehlt. Das Essen im Gasthaus war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Sehr ruhige Lage.Die Landschaft und die gesamte Gegend ist zum Wandern und relaxen super. Ein nochmaliger Aufenthalt ist nicht ausgeschlossen.

Pleasant Stay

I had booked the room here because the rooms in Leoben was expensive. Great location with nice views, especially in the night with clear sky, entire galaxy was visible from my room... pretty much enjoyed my stay.. One suggestion: Breakfast buffet may have more options for Vegetarians as well... now its missing!

Wir waren im älteren Nebenhaus untergebracht, das eher einer Asylwerberunterkunft gleicht, als drei Sterne verdient. Alt und abgewohnt. Aber die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren in Ordnung.

Weitab und nicht in jeder Hinsich komfortabel.

Im (preiswerteres" "Gästehaus" stößt man eindeutig auf einen Jugendherbergs-Stil, der dann nicht alle Erwartungen erfüllen kann. Der Zugang zur kleinen Duschtasse war so klein bemessen, dass ein etwas korpulenterer Mensch sich gar nicht hineinzwängen könnte.

Great view

Even if ours was a standard room, it still had a great view. The room was large and comfortable, and it had a mini fridge and a large closet. The only thing that the room was lacking was some kind of window blinds or light-blocking curtains. We had to get up before sunrise every day, so this wasn't a problem for us this time. The hotel restaurant serves very good food (leave space for dessert, because the cheese strudel is delicious). They have a menu in English, though not every staff member speaks or understands English, so brush up your German or bring a dictionary (or an Austrian friend) with you at dinner. Overall, a pleasant experience. The location is amazing, and we might stay here again next year.

War nur für eine Nacht dort, hat mir aber sehr gut gefallen. Restaurant auch zu empfehlen: günstig und sehr lecker. Leider wird im Restaurant geraucht...

In die Jahre gekommen, abgreifen Devise ?

Auf der Durchreise nach Kroatien haben wir zu viert im Nebengebäude übernachtet! Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen zumindestens das Nebengebäude, in welchem wir unsere Zimmer hatten. Hier kann man von Renovierungsstau sprechen! Die Fernsehgeräte sind "von Anno Tuck" und müssen im Zimmer regelrecht gesucht werden! WLAN, welches eigentlich kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wird, funktioniert nicht! Hier wird nur abgegriffen, nach dem Motto die Gäste sehen wir eh nicht mehr wieder, das war unser persönlicher Eindruck! Schade..... da man evtl. auf der nächsten Durchreise wieder - bei Gefallen - dort halten würde. Essen kann man nur bis 19.30 h, da die Küche dann schließt. Kinderfreundlich auf dem 1. Blick, Ferien für länger... besser nicht!
