Beautiful villa with sea view 2 minutes from the centre of Trogir- Villa Trogir

Villa Trogir is situated on the island of Ćiovo, 300 meters of the city center Trogir, 100 meters from the beach. Villa is charming house built in modern style, in a green area with outside pool, sunbeds and barbecue. The sunny terraces are arranged to make most of the morning and evening hours with a beautiful view of the Trogir historic center, beach and beautiful summer sunsets and sky full of stars. The villa has 5 bedrooms each one with its own bathroom, big living room with modern kitchen full equipped and outside swimming pool with solar shower. Also inside of the house there is one big room for relaxing, it consists of sauna, jacuzzi and gym. As well, villa consists of one inside garage for two cars, also the whole villa is covered with free Wi-Fi. The accommodation has a capacity for 10 people. On the beach you can enjoy in the beach coffee bar and your children can have fun in the aqua park while you are drinking your coffee. While on the island you can visit many touristic attractions and local beaches. Trogir, UNESCO protected town, is just 300 meters away where you can enjoy in sightseeing and local restaurants and bars. You can visit as well, the second largest Croatian city and according to many, the most beautiful city in the world, city of Split. Split is situated 20 kilometers away from Trogir. You can go there by car, take a bus from Trogir or by boat. Airport Split is situated less than 10 minutes by car. The Krka National Park is less than one hour away, it offers crystal clear waterfalls and beautiful landscape. We had a great time at this rental house. Being close to the town of Trogir and all amenities was very nice. The house was well equipped with large bedrooms, and private bathrooms for every room. Great views, especially at sunset.

Fantastic stay - villa was of a very high standard and well equipped for cooking etc. Location is great - beautiful area with lots of great restaurants in Trogir old town within easy walking distance. Really good local bakery 2 mins walk away. Goran was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. We hope to return!

The property is even better in real life than the pictures portray on the website. As a group of 8 adults of varying ages the property gave us everything and more for our stay. From table tennis to the sauna but the highlight is the pool area which we used for BBQ ing and socialising. The location is also amazing with Trogir on your doorstep.

Wow!!! That about sums up our stay at Villa Trogir and our entire Croatia experience. The property is beautiful, our hosts Goran and his wife simply amazing and gracious and this was by far one of the best holiday experiences we have ever had, the only small disappointment is that we couldn't stay longer than the 10 days we had as there is so much to see and enjoy about this beautiful country... we will be back for sure and if its not already clear to readers, we highly recommend this property and the hosts and the beautiful town of Trogir for your next vacation.

Our group of 9 had a fantastic week in this villa, which exceeded all expectations. It was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of room to seat our whole group both indoors and on the terrace for meals and there were enough sun-loungers for everyone as well. The kitchen was very well equipped and had plenty of cutlery and plates etc for the group. (I mention these points because I have stayed in other holiday villas with minimal amounts of chairs, crockery etc. Goran's villa properly caters for a large group). All bedrooms had lots of space for clothes etc and a lovely bathroom each. The gym equipment was of a very high standard and we enjoyed the infinity pool. The views from the terrace were great. It was an easy 10-15 minute stroll into the centre of Trogir Old Town and there was a bakery and supermarket even closer. Goran was a great host before and throughout. I highly recommend this villa.

We had excellent communication from Goran from the very beginning. He was extremely helpful with regards Covid and final payment. When we arrived at the property, he met us and explained things we needed to know. He even took us the the supermarket. He also took us to Split hospital when my daughter had fallen and hurt her arm. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and very well equipped with quality fittings and fixtures. The pool and sun beds were perfect. The location and views were perfect too. There’s nothing we could fault. Thank you!

Ett vackert hus med närhet till Trogir. Huset motsvarar väl beskrivningen och bilderna överensstämmer med verkligheten. Värden var hjälpsam med bokning av taxi innan och under resan och hörde av sig regelbundet för att kola läget.

High quality accommodation within a short walk of Trogir. The villa is very comfortable, clean and modern. The owner Goran is friendly and helpful. Trogir has many restaurants so we ate out most nights but also enjoyed a few BBQs at the villa. The gym, hot tub and sauna are a great facility in the lower ground floor.

Wir waren mit 10 Familienmitgliedern in dem Haus. Das Haus war genial!!! Die Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit und der sehr freundliche Empfang des Besitzerpaars und die Betreuung bei Fragen ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der nahe Fußweg in die Altstadt von Trogir waren sehr praktisch. Rundherum war es ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert!

The villa is fantastically equipped and really spacious. Lots of room for our party of 9. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. All the crockery etc is of a high standard. The views are stunning and the proximity to Trogir is fantastic. It’s a lovely town with lots of restaurants, bars, ice creameries etc. We enjoyed a day trip to Split on the ferry which is very punctual and takes an hour. Goran was great at staying in touch, replying to messages promptly. He drove us to the supermarket to get supplies which was very kind. Our only negatives really were the beds are hard (in our opinion) and some people may find being on the flight path annoying (the noise didn’t particularly bother us). It would be nice to have mattresses for the sun beds also. We would recommend the villa. We had a lovely holiday.

We stayed at this beautiful villa in July 2018. We were a big family group with children, the kids playroom was a great bonus. The villa is gorgeous, every detail has been thought out by the owners. There is a bakery near by, short walk to shops and beach. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anyone planning a trip to Trogir to contact Goran and stay in his world class villa.

This villa is fantastic. I highly recommend it. It’s a 5 minute walk to Trogir old Town, 2 Min walk to brown beach hotel beach and water slides. Can’t find a better villa in a better location. Our charter boat picked us up and dropped us off 3 minute walk from Villa. Goran is a great guy and host.
