You're right on the beach, great location, very good communication with the host. The studio has everything you need for your stay, including everything you need to cook. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Only one minor complaint - there was no remote for A/C so temp was not controllable, but a comfortable stay overall!

To start, we never received a check-in email or message from the host and it took hours to figure out how to get in touch. We checked in and the place was very disappointing. It was nothing like the photos, it was old and run-down both outside and inside. And the room smelled so bad, it made us nauseous and we couldn't stay. We had to scramble to find a hotel room nearby.

Très bien situé pour moi, puisque je cherchais à être proche de la structure de plongée ABC Dive. Logement conforme à l annonce, propre. Peut-être rajouter quelques couverts et améliorer un peu la salle de bain

Accueillis à l'heure par Ghislaine très dévouée,nous découvrons le studio' très propre,mais cuisine petite,'salle de bain équipée au minimum pas de crochets pour vêtements et seulement 2 serviettes pour le séjour ! 4 chaises en bois inconfortables.La télé ne fonctionnait pas et impossible de joindre le propriétaire.Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour avec LA jolie plage à proximité.Quelques efforts du propriétaire comme 2 siéges confortables pour lire ou regarder une télé ,plus de serviettes ,,travaux dans la salle de bain rendraient cette location idéale.

Emplacement de l'immeuble excellent, juste la cour à traverser pour se retrouver sur la plage. Mais, appartement ancien (parfaitement propre) qui supporterait des rénovations en particulier pour les menuiseries extérieures et la salle d'eau, cuisine exigüe, petite terrasse donnant face à un mur de 4 mètres de haut (à environ 4 mètres) !!! Dans le descriptif il est écrit "vue mer", on a un petit aperçu entre le bout du mur et la façade (le tout perpendiculaire à la plage). Ni dans les photos ni dans la présentation de l'appartement cette situation n'est suggérée, tout porte à croire à une vue dégagée et le locataire éventuel se laisse abuser facilement.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre court séjour de 5 jours, pres de la Pointe du Bout. Notre petit studio comprenait toutes les facilités nécessaires pour un séjour agréable, surtout pour le petit déjeuner. Globalement, nous y avons passé du bon temps, surtout que la temperature était aussi très agréable.

Très bon emplacement le soleil la mer Caraïbes la boulangerie l embarcadère pour fort de France l épicerie et mini traiteur tout est vraiment à proximité. Le studio soleil est bien équipé la chaise longue invite au repos. La cafetière dolce gusto bien pratique pour les petits déjeuners. Un grand lit et un petit lit suffisamment de place pour poser les valises et profiter de la Martinique

Nous avons beaucoup aime notre sejour a bourginvillier! Nous avons ete bien acceuilis par ghislaine malgres que nous soyons arrives trop tot, L’ appartement est tres propre et Il ne manque rien, tres confortable, super la moustiquiere au dessus des lits! L’ endroit est idylique avec un jardin directement sur la plage a l’ aquelle on a acces par une porte privee! Villages charmant et authentieke. Metci a Claudine pour sa gentillesse et ses bons soins! Nous aurions volontier prolonge notre sejour si cela avait ete possible!

We had a great time at studio soleil. The Appartement is Perfectly located in Les Trois-Ilets directly on the nice little beach at anse mitan. The access to the beach is through the garden, which makes it very comfortable. There is great restaurants around and even to the most beautiful beaches Grande anse du Diamant and grande anse des Salines it is not far. There is a boat every half an hour to Fort De France and back for 5 Euro. We had a great time at Studio Soleil, and would definitely recommend it.

Tout a été parfaitement organisé pour que nous arrivions à la location sans encombre. L'emplacement est vraiment parfait à quelques mètres de la très belle plage du Mitan et à quelques centaines de mètres de la Marina des 3 Ilets. L'accueil de Ghislaine est très cordial et attentionné. Un rhum arrangé de bienvenue est aimablement servi afin de commencer les vacances d'un pas... Le studio par lui même est fonctionnel et un espace à partager avec les autres logement de la villa permet de déjeuner avec vue sur la mer. Un barbecue est également à disposition. En résumé tout est fait pour que les vacanciers soient dans les meilleures dispositions pour un beau séjour

Merci à Ghislaine pour son super accueil depuis l'aéroport jusqu'au Studio. L'endroit est idéal au bord de la plage de l'anse Mitan. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec ma petite de 4 ans. Le studio est bien aménagé avec toutes les commodités et nous n'avons manqué de rien (un petit plus pour les moustiquaires, pas une piqure durant le séjour). Non loin de la pointe du bout pour son côté animé le soir, le studio est très calme et nous avons pu rayonné sur toute l'île facilement. Merci également à Wil que nous avons rencontré en fin de séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage en Martinique.

Je recommande ce jolie coin de Paradis à tous. Celui ou celle qui n'a jamais séjourné dans cette villa, n'a jamais ressenti donc la saveur du paradis terrestre.
