Magnificent Villa with an unforgettable view of the sea and the island of Poros on a 6000 m2 plot with olive trees, absolute peace and quiet, with no houses in sight.
On the main level : Terrace with exceptional view, swimming pool (can be heated until end of October and from june), living room, dining room, open kitchen, laundry room, master bed room,dressing room, shower room and toilet.
Upper level, bedroom, shower room, toilet and office.
Lower level, accessed by an outside path, 3 large bedrooms ,2 shower rooms and toilets.
Only bed rooms are air conditionned

A delightful place

Clean & well organized villa which needs a car or a taxi to get to. Fabulous view, great sunsets and a lovely pool. Large grounds and comfortable rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. A maintenance man is available when needed

We recently stayed at this villa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property does not live up to the expectations set by the listing, and several essential elements were either broken or missing. Here is a summary of the main issues:The oven was broken and unusable.The dishwasher left dishes only moderately clean, even on its longest cycle (3 hours).The washing machine performed poorly — laundry came out only partly clean after a 5-hour cycle, and the machine leaked water. We reported this to Spiro, the handyman, but he couldn't resolve the issue.The vacuum cleaner was non-functional, with no suction power at all.There were no proper cleaning tools (no usable broom or mop), so it was impossible to clean the terrace.Two of the three USB lamps were broken.The Bluetooth speaker didn’t work.Starting from 10–11 a.m., the cold water becomes extremely hot, due to exposed piping running directly in the sun — making showers and even handwashing very uncomfortable.The showerhead in the upstairs room was broken, and the toilet in that room continuously ran.The front door didn’t close properly, which is a serious security concern.Although the villa accommodates 10 people (5 bedrooms), both the indoor and outdoor dining tables only seat 8.There was insufficient shade on the terrace and around the pool, making it difficult to enjoy those spaces during the day.And while the villa does indeed offer an "amazingf view" (exact spelling from the
