WELCOME!The 80sqm apartment is located in a detached house and can be reached through a separate entrance. All rooms are modernly furnished and have a TV. In addition to the large, comfortable living room, there are two more rooms that are lockable. The kitchen with seating area is equipped with all appliances, there is a bathroom with bathtub and a guest toilet. The garden with barbecue area and a seating area invite you to relax. The property is completely fenced and offers privacy. For the vehicle there is a parking lot directly at the house.

The apartment is modern equipped. Each of the rooms has a TV. The living room is bright, big and cozy. From there you can also go directly into the garden. A room offers a large sofa bed and a cozy bar area. The third room is furnished with two single beds. The kitchen is fully furnished. The apartment is reached by a staircase. Through the patio door, it is quite possible to come with a wheelchair in the apartment, which was built barrier-free.
