Staff was great, the hotel is very nice, and the breakfast was amazing. We just had a minor inconvenience when we got to our room the bathtub had a leak so we had to change rooms and pay for an upgrade.

A really pleasant stay. Pick a room with harbour view - it’s well worth the extra. Fabulous central location - easy walking access to everywhere in town. Staff were excellent, food was great and reasonably priced (for Norway!) - breakfast was buffet style, huge choice of excellent food and a lovely environment. All in all, a brilliant stay. Thank you.

Amazing stay! The view was GORGEOUS from our Junior Suite. Wow! It comfortable fit the three of us (2 adults + 1 teenager) ... The breakfast was fantastic and a delicious spread. Walkable location -- we were able to maximize our two days in Tromso, the most beautiful city. Our hearts are with Norway. Thanks for a fantastic stay! We hope to visit again in the future.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Customer service was beyond excellent. From the moment Jayla helped with the storage of our luggage to the minute we left, the sincerity and friendliness of the staff was simply amazing. Room had a beautiful sea view and of a comfortable size. The only faults I noticed were the shower area without a glass door (which meant leaking water in the whole bathroom during shower), and the knobs of the cabinet that made my fingers get caught in. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. And oooh, the breakfast spread was huge! Even had vegan and gluten-free options. And not to mention the free coffee & tea at the lobby. It was certainly an enjoyable stay and I highly recommend Clarion Hotel to all coming to Tromso!

The view was of the harbor and nice. Laundry was a company who took your laundry somewhere else. No laundry facilities at the hotel. Check in was 2 hours later than advertised. Air did not work in the room so it was warm and stuffy. TV had no service. Beds were too soft for us, not very comfortable. Staff were nice though.

Booked the room for 3 pax. Only issue was that it was challenging to open 3 luggages. Have to shift around the room. Other than that, all great. Breakfast was good but pretty much the same throughout the stay. Love that there is a water dispenser and tea for customer at the lobby. Walkable to tour meeting points.
