What a lovely, cozy stay right in the center of Tromsø! Breakfast and dinner, as well as midday snack, were wonderful and such a great value. The sauna was so nice to use after a day of sightseeing (there is a jacuzzi as well with a view of the town, with a small charge to reserve and use it).

The price is definitely too high for this type of structure; it feels like a 3-star hotel. The property is quite old and the breakfast was underwhelming for a 4-star rating. On the bright side, the location is perfectly central. The gym, sauna, and heated outdoor jacuzzi (available for €5 per 30 mins) were the highlights of the stay. Great location, but poor value for money.

Hotel in a great location. Staff friendly. Breakfast great. Fika was really one one choice of cake and pastry. Mainly cake. Tasty. The dinners were also great but not an amazing variety. But can't complain. I stayed inna compact double which was v compact but again all we needed. Woild return for sure.

Amazing facilities, you have to try the rooftop hot tub even if it’s raining (it was an extra fee but totally worth it). The food included was nice - nothing fancy but not having to pay for breakfast and dinner out means you can save for all the incredibly activities tromso had to offer. Beds were super comfy, rooms were clean - we will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we’re next in Tromso

It is a nice hotel that offers a lot of amenities. Unfortunately, the room was not clean at all. The bed sheets were dirty and itchy, and during our entire stay we had to ask the staff five times to have the room cleaned. Even then, it was still not properly cleaned. Aside from this issue, the hotel itself is nice and offers many facilities.

Straightforward check in upon arrival. Room, although fairly compact in size, was cosy and clean. Nice little view of the sea. Excellent location for everything! Breakfast was great, no complaints there! I thought there was a wide variety to choose from. Hot drinks and cakes served 3-5pm was a lovely touch too. Had 1 evening meal there which was lovely. Not a huge variety but that wasnt an issue as I liked what was on offer! Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back!
