"Great location in the town center close to the airport bus stop. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in our travels. Only downside was the amenities, as there was only one sort of shampoo/hand wash/ body wash in the bathroom, and there was no coffee machine in the room. But such small issues were not enough to lower our 5 star review:)!"

"5 star across all categories. Modern, clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast as well as multiple food/drink options with late hours. Excellent views from the rooftop area as well as convenient Arctic Wellness spa center that is available to book for a decent price. Most of all, the customer service of all the staff was above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Tromso."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. One thing to note, which is not on the hotel, is that the noise from outside did carry into the room, so earplugs are a good idea if you are a light sleeper. Luckily, the hotel has them at the desk! We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Our premium room overlooked the harbour so it was lovey to watch the boats coming & going, but was equally quiet at night. It was central for our needs, close to port dock, Cathedral, shops & restaurants. The room was clean but showing signs of needed maintenance worn carpets & chipped paintwork. Plenty of choice of breakfast food,"
