"The bed was one of the best I've slept in - topper, linen, all great - and the complimentary coffee also really good (beats NescafÊ, and I know it's a tiny detail, but in the depths of winter, it matters!). Breakfast was plentiful, and the Nør restaurant also great for a Christmas meal. The bar staff were also lovely. It was a shame there weren't more food options available over Christmas, but even so, I had a wonderful stay."
