The bed was one of the best I've slept in - topper, linen, all great - and the complimentary coffee also really good (beats Nescafé, and I know it's a tiny detail, but in the depths of winter, it matters!). Breakfast was plentiful, and the Nør restaurant also great for a Christmas meal. The bar staff were also lovely. It was a shame there weren't more food options available over Christmas, but even so, I had a wonderful stay.

The front desk staff was amazing - accommodated luggage storage and early check in, took the time to make individualized dinner recommendations, and provided access to the gym and sauna accross the way. The hotel is also beautiful, clean, modern and well located. Would stay here any time I'm in Trondheim.

Big hotel with classy rooms and a great location close to the station. The breakfast and food were amazing and beautifully presented. I enjoyed the elegant lobby and attended a conference here — overall, an excellent experience at a reasonable price.

The rooms could use a bit of maintenance (floor scratched, bed board stuffing cracked) but everything else is top notch. The location is great (10 minutes from the train station), the breakfast options are incredible, the staff is very nice and helpful.

Stayed 5 nights and the room was nice and big. Staffs are friendly and breakfast is good. Airport bus stop is about 12 mins walk from hotel and train station is about 8 mins walk.

The was the best breakfast we had in Norway. The variety and quality was excellent!! The receptionist, Emilie was amazing! Our luggage was delayed and she was so helpful trying to get the luggage to us! We would stay here again and highly recommend!!

The Hotel has a convenient location if you want to visit the Nidaros Dome. Only abt 15 min walk from the Hotel. The breakfast was something else! Facilities like light systems and TV in our rooms did not work well or not at all. Slow action when it came to repair, but the straff was very seviceminded and flexible in helping out.
