Good, but could be better.

All in all good experience. - Bad radiator in room which means that it was cold in the night and in the morning. Pretty annoying when it’s -13 Celsius outside. - Worst hair dryer I have ever used at a hotel. So little air power that it was basically useless. It also looks very cheap. I have attached picture. - Hanging spot light from the sealing in the bathroom. Picture attached. - Very cheap and bad shower head. - No iron for shirt in the room… had to go to a “common” iron room. I would expect having my own personal iron in my room considering this is a 4 star hotel. All the above things are thing that I would expect to be OK at a 4 star hotel.

Generelt veldig bra, med Norges beste frokost. Vi bestilte vasking med qr kode, men kom aldri noen for å vaske rommet vårt. En del støy fra toget som går utenfor det siste bygget, i tillegg er det et stykke å gå til rommene som er i det siste 3. bygget.

Traff dessverre en lite vennlig og serviceinnstilt person i innsjekk. Ellers veldig fornøyd med rommet og fasilitetene. God frokost! Men redusert åpningstid i baren, pga sommertider. Det blir jo litt feil, når det er høytid for hotellet og arrangement i byen. Ingen roomservice, og det tok en halv time før vi fikk svar på tlf til resepsjonen.

Bodde på Scandic Nidelven i forbindelse med datterens bryllup. Det passet fint da vi bor 1 times kjøring unna. Valgte hotellet pga at vi har bodd der før og fornøyd med det. Med den bugnende frokosten, er jeg skuffet over hvor lite utvalg som er for meg som har Cøliaki. Jeg vet godt at mange lider av dette og det skulle bare mangle om ikke hotellet tilstreber bedre utvalg for oss med denne sykdommen. 2 sorter brød, hvor det ene er loff er helt ufattelig. Har hatt opphold på mindre hotell hvor utvalget har vært mye større

Fantastisk frokost !

Tre døgns opphold i flott junior Suite som avslutning på ni døgn bilferie gjennom Sverige. Veldig varm avslutning på ferien , og forståelig at det ble litt trøblete med nedkjøling av hotellrom .Positivt at det var fint lite trafikk støy. Meget god mottakelse i resepsjon og hyggelig bistand gjennom oppholdet. Frokosten var formidabel! Har hørt mye om hotel Nidelven frokosten gjennom mange år, men dette oversteg virkelig våre store forventninger. Egen smoothie bar er ikke dagligdags på et hotel. Vi forlater Trondheim Mette og fornøyde.

Varmt på rummen.

Trevligt hotell. Mycket bra läge och utmärkt frukost. Enda negativa, usel ventilation och obefintlig AC. Rummen var nästan olidligt varma och då fick vi ändå byta rum till nyare delen. Visserligen ovanligt varmt i Trondheim men ändå.

Wenn in Trondheim, Bette Dein Haupt hier zur Ruhe.

Überwältigendes Frühstücks-Buffet, alles was das Herz begehrt. Eckzimmer im 5. Stock mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf den Fluss mit den Brücken. Mitten im Geschehen. Personal sehr, sehr freundlich. Parkhaus in der Nähe mit vernünftigen Preisen.
