It has a shower room with a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms, one king size and one double, complete the comfortable accommodation. 

The building benefits from immaculate common areas and on street parking. 

This luxury property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach approx. 1 mile away.

Troon beach offers beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley and Fullarton and all nearby.
