"Awesome place, living/ Kitchen area works together well for a perfect hangout spot. Pool/hot-tub are excellent for lounging or for letting the kids play the day away. Lake access is great to kayak and paddle board. Stu was quick and great to work with for any questions we had. Would stay here again in a second! "

"The front door code lock worked when it wanted too. Forcing us to lock the front door and use the back door and walk around. Except when that door stopped working. Bugs found in the master bath in 2 different areas that we had to spray and wipe up. Yes, I understand its Florida but still. However the bed sheets were clean, lots of pillow choices, and towels to use. Property could use a refresh, its been beaten up a bit through the rentals but a good deal on price for what you receive. Pool heater didn't always work, but was refunded the money for that. Communication started off great and tailed off a bit, but they did respond. Good location, nice views, overall a positive stay."

"This home is beautiful, exactly as presented with a wonderful garage to keep my bike. This house is centrally located to so many great finds! Beach, restaurants, bike paths (25 miles) gas, food! Owner is very responsive and does what he says he’s going to do. Washer and dryer was super helpful. I’d stay here again. Especially Clean!"
