"This was the second time I stayed here. The room was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. From the front desk, cleaning staff, to the breakfast room, the staff was polite and provided exceptional service. The bed was clean and comfy. The hot breakfast buffet was also tasty. I want to give a shout out to the breakfast staff, Soheir who kept the breakfast items hot and quickly restocked and the breakfast area immaculate. I also appreciated front desk staff, Anita and Tawanna, who made us feel welcomed. I recommend this hotel if you visit Fort Myers."

"Beautiful clean room with great view. We did have an issue of bad sewage smell our second day. The hotel gave us another room. Balconies are spacious as well as bedrooms & bathrooms. Each room has its own bathroom! "
