"There was a staff member there that was very rude to us upon checking in and when my family and I wanted to go out and come back in, he refused to move his vehicle for us to park. We cannot park on the side street so we wanted to use the parking lot at that point. I had to contact the manager. We were supposed to be provided breakfast. There was none. "When I say this hotel was perfect and went above and beyond, I mean it! From the check in process to the staff to how attentive and responsive they were to any questions I had, I loved it.
