"If you’re staying here it’s not because you want a new fancy room. It’s for the experience. And it is a good one. However you must be willing to look past new world amenities not available. Great staff. Friendly. Professional. Fantastic building, although in the middle of a much needed renovation. 1940s Otis elevators are an added bonus for elevator enthusiasts. Room was ok. Unknown stain on left side of bed, Small 1940s style toilet and tub. You can park and walk to the event center next door and many great local businesses. After event at theatre next door, kitchen closed at the same time the event ended. A disappointment to hotel guests hoping for food after the show. Took a booth in the bar anyways. Greeter was kind and said our server would be there soon but waitress never appeared to take our drink order. Bar guests sitting at the bar were helped, but sadly not us. After 15 minutes we exited disappointed with nothing to show. No food, no drink. I think this is a great hotel and staying here was cool. But you have to be sure of what you’re getting. If the mgmt staff could just go the last mile, you could look past the other shortcomings. Focus more on guest experience in your restaurant. Breakfast was Ok at best. Not living up to the billboard entering town. Again the foundation is there. It just takes that one little push on the details. 6/10 total experience."

"The Hotel is a well-preserved example of great hotels of bygone days. It brings back precious memories for those of us who lived many years ago. For the youth, it is an important lesson in history that most will enjoy. A Gem!"
Comfort Inn Williamsport

"It was a good stay for the most part. We had issues with our room access cards every day. We needed to return to the lobby to get the cards reprogrammed several times. What ordinarily would be a minor inconvenience was exacerbated by a painfully slow elevator. The super friendly and apologetic staff made it less painful. This property could benefit from a faster elevator and NFC type cards rather than the magnetic stripe cards. None of these issues would prevent us from staying here again."

"We had such a nice time staying here. We loved that were able to bring our dogs. The house was clean and well stocked. The video games were fun for a family night. Bonus rooms in the basement that is being renovated. The house is close to the road, but there is a nice backyard and a path to a beautiful creek. The host was always available for questions and concerns. I can't say enough about how relaxing this place was. Thank you for sharing your house with us!!!"
