"This was our 2nd stay in this house. It is located in a very quiet cove with deep water suitable for swimming and fishing. We spent most of the time on the dock which has nice covered area to keep yourself cool in summer heat. The house was very clean, cozy, with plenty of space to spread after a day in the sun and water. Covered screened deck off the kitchen level is very nice to have , protects from elements, rain and moscitoes."

The host Peter was very accommodating and was so helpful getting us in last minute after we had to leave a terrible property that we had also booked through VRBO. "Access for the lake was not good. Would have appreciated steps or, walkway or a railing. My husband is in heart failure an he only got to get in the boat once. Because of the climb. Because we could not use the awning it would have been nice to have an umbrella for the table. The house was beautiful, however it would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom. There were no dishcloth to wash dishes as the rack in the dishwasher is broken. No trash bags. Hand soap in only the downstairs...

"This was a last minute booking. One snafu with Vacasa with them not being able to verify my ID via DL but with a quick phone call that was corrected. The home itself is nice and has plenty of space and amenities. The decibel reader is a little off-putting but I understand with VA laws being the way they are. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"I rented this house for a romantic weekend with my girlfriend. The house was well kept and clean. The area is perfect. The house is located on a small private street. The only warnings I have is the driveway has some bumps that takes careful maneuver with low clearance vehicles and there is a spiral staircase that can be difficult for pets but a gate is there to prevent pets or small children from accessing the stairs.
