It was okay, but I didn't like how the roads were laid out in the area. There's a Bojangles nearby, so that made me happy!






Clean room and comfortable beds

The doors do not latch with out slide chain lock, only have one channel. The bathroom always has water in the floor from shower drainage and the room has a nasty odor. The front desk lady when checking in, she charges 25 dollars to check in before 3:00PM. I don’t shower there or take my shoes ...

The parking lot was small, but safe. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room and beds was very comfortable, tbough the bathroom was a bit small. The included continental breakfast was fantastic for options amd quality!

Perfect place to stay overnight on our trip south. The animals were a huge hit with our kids.

I was only there maybe 16 hours, but i am making plans to return.

Check in lady was professional
Did not spend time in Troutville other than the hotel. Stayed there because of our sister’s graduation at Liberty University. We did love that Cracker Barrel was just next door (in walking distance).
