"Morris - front desk agent - was so nice and helpful. When I told him our room smelled like cigs he moved us to an upgrade. Very helpful! I also loved the pillows and bed. I didn’t like cleaning fluid smell and dispite loving service will pay a little more next time for better place."

Super location for hiking
"Lovely, secluded cabin very close to multiple trailheads. Trout pond has a waterfall and it is so peaceful to sit on the porch and listen to the water and look into the forest. Interior is nicely furnished and comfortable."

Did not spend time in Troutville other than the hotel. Stayed there because of our sister’s graduation at Liberty University. We did love that Cracker Barrel was just next door (in walking distance).
