Die Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Eine Renovierung des Fußbodens wĂŒrde die Wohnung aufwerten. Das Treppenhaus ist fĂŒr auch nur fĂŒr junge bewegliche Menschen geeignet und könnte eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Wer Ruhe erwartet, ist hier definitiv falsch. Eher fĂŒr NachtschwĂ€rmer geeignet, die Lage befindet sich mitten im lauten Stadtkern. Auch das nĂ€chtliche Mövengekreische hindert am Schlafen. Die zentrale Lage (Strand, Restaurant, Einkaufen) hat ihren Vorteil, wenn man das Drumherum

Location agréable, calme, prÚs de la mer et des commerces dans zone piétonniÚre (le fonctionnement du réfrigérateur est à revoir : trÚs glacé). Remise des clés dÚs l'arrivée du train le matin malgré que ce soit un dimanche.
