The hotel is near the beach and the estuary. There is plenty of cheap parking nearby. Our only criticism is that there is no air-conditioning. Apart from that we would recommend the hotel. The town is well worth visiting.

Short break in Trouville

Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town. Hotel has been done up, very clean. Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. Staff for check in and check out couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!!

Very pricey for the quality, very good location and easy car park access but the pool area need a refresh, waited 2 hours for an iron I never got… mattress very hard.

We had a good stay under somewhat challenging conditions -- i.e., the recent heat wave in France. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating -- doing all they could to make us more comfortable. For example, they gave us a fan for the room (there is no A/C), offered complimentary cold bottled water, and facilitated a room switch when we found that our first one was full of flies and mosquitoes. So .... HUGE thank-you's and shout-out's to Florelle and Caroline for their outstanding customer service. They really made the difference for our stay. Thanks too to hotel management for the flexibility shown. All that said, I have no idea how this hotel is a 4-star. It's solidly in the 3-star zone for a number of reasons. No problem with a 3-star hotel; the rating just raised expectations beyond what the property could deliver.

Currently very dirty. I felt so sorry for the cleaners I made sure to leave a 5 Euro per day tip for their hard work but even the best cleaners could not keep up with the dirt around this property currently. There is messy reconstruction of the onsite pool, a big port construction project right across the street and a total remodel of a big hotel next door. Plus sand from the beach blows in and people do not clean up after their dogs on the sidewalk to the beach. Yuck. Many dogs in hotel shed hair that gets on your clothes. Parents hold infants in dirty clothes over the food in the breakfast room while filling their plates. No screens on windows.

Although near the beach, the hotel is not on the beach, as it appears in the photos. Rooms are renovated but very simple, smelly toilet area and shower-head that sprayed on the ceiling. Not a bad stay, but definitely not a 4-star hotel, 3-star at best. Not worth the price, unfortunately.

Fint hotel med rigtig god beliggenhed tæt på alt. Vi var heldige at få et værelse i en god størrelse som var fint. Vær obs på at der ikke er air condition på værelserne Vi havde egentlig valgt hotellet pga poolen men den var under renovering og skulle have været klar. Dette var tilsyneladende udskudt uden at vi havde fået besked hvilket jo var lidt ærgerligt Heldigvis var vejret godt og stranden dejlig at bade på. Masser af gode restauranter i området

Le personnel, l'acceuil et l'emplacement son excellents, mais ce n'est pas assez pour oublier la manque d'attention aux détails qui devrait avoir un 4 étoiles. Des tâches sur un tapis si sale qui est absolument dégueulasse, des petits insectes blancs dans le placard , des fourmis partout à la salle de bains, le frigo ne fonctionne pas, pas de climatisation, le parking est payant et on doit résérver (on ne l'averti pas mais on vous annoce que le parking est complet dès que vous recevez la confirmation de la réservation de la chambre), la piscine fermée jusqu'au 11 juillet (on ne l'averti pas) C'est dommage, car avec un tout petit peu d'effort et une bonne gestion, l'hôtel pourrait être excellent.

Très bien placé ! Pas de bouilloire dans les chambres. Et surtout pas de climatisation ni dans les chambres ni dans les parties communes, dommage ! Ce ne peut pas être un 4* à ce niveau là mais plutôt un 3*
