"The property is tired and rooms and bathrooms need updating. Beautiful old hotel with history! Staff extremely helpful with a smile. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately the boiler was not working in the main building but the rooms with hot water were too hot in 30+ degree temps, uncomfortable to sleep in, so we were given both rooms, one where it was cool enough to sleep in and the other we can have hot water. Very accommodating! Thank you."

"Pros:: Lovely old pub, AC worked well, great location, plenty of parking, big room and bathroom. Bed was hard, but that is personal preference. Old building is beautiful but with it comes low beams, uneven steps, etc. Con's: Breakfast seemed a bit disjointed (only 1 staff member on) kept having to find staff (same with check out) - not a huge issue as pub not that big.
