"The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good. The room was nice. The building itself was clean but needs some updating. We noticed wallpaper peeling in hallways and different areas but other than that, it was a nice place. We felt safe and the price was good. Beds were super comfy!"

"The hotel was very nice, good bed and pillows, spacious room. My only complaint is the outside door to the hotel in the back is supposed to be secure, accessed only by a key. Yet it wouldn't close. Anyone could come in. We were right next to that broken door, and our door handle and locking mechanism were loose, as if someone had tried to break into the room. If I had been by myself, I would've asked for a different room."

"Nice location that is super close to ALB. The free shuttle was so easy to use. We dropped off our rental car, called the hotel, and they sent up the van within 10 minutes. Then, early the next morning, we came downstairs, let the front desk know we needed transport, and within 5 minutes we were on our way! Convenient location to restaurants. We did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, pool, or other amenities because of our travel itinerary, but I would stay there again!"
