"I love the location of this hotel! It’s within walking distance of ALL the things in downtown. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is very friendly & helpful! Love having the restaurants there on site! Valet parking was excellent as well!! Will definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed during an arena concert, so there were an extraordinary number of guests. The staff and location were excellent. Very clean, updated room with comfortable beds. Check-in was pretty quick and stream-lined considering the number of guests. Only con-parking garage was full, so we had to park in the overflow garage down the block. It was also fine, except for trying to get to it in bumper to bumper stand-still traffic and one-way streets, which took over an hour, after we sat in the same traffic before finding out the first garage was full. I would still rate the hotel very highly."

"The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. Only problem was trying to get room service. I would call and call with no answer. I finally went down and they were not busy at all. Not sure what the problem was."

"Our check-in was seemless, lady was very helpful. Had a great room; clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the popcorn, drinks and snacks in the evening. The man serving the drinks was so friendly and fun. Breakfast had hot meal and good variety, which tasted very good. Tables were being cleaned."
