"Property is in terrible need of a deep clean. It could use a remodel, but just a good cleaning would benefit it immensely. The rugs in the hallways and elevator are seriously stained and dirty; you can smell cigarette smoke in them despite property being smoke-free; the drains in both of our rooms (we had to move because the water would not drain in the bathroom sink) was clogged with hair. The good things - employees are all very sweet and helpful; the dryer was out in the guest laundry, but...
