About this property

Stylish Apt with Lots of Natural Light

  • Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment in North Troy. Enjoy a cup of coffee with lots of morning sun. Be within two miles of all the locally owned eaters, coffee shops and fashionable boutiques that downtown Troy has to offer. Free on-street parking is available. We have security cameras in the common areas of first floor hallway, second floor hallway, third floor hallway, there is no cameras inside of the listed units.

    Enjoy a stylish apartment on the second floor.

    The bedroom has a queen bed in it.
    The living room has a sectional couch that can sleep on as well as a roll away twin bed.

    You will be given the codes to access prior to arriving.

    This unit has free on-street parking.
    There is TV in the living room of this unit.
    1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
    2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
    3. No pets allowed
    4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
    5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50 late fee.
    6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, we do not have a hood .

The property was absolutely gorgeous! I really enjoyed seeing all the beautiful Victorian architecture in the area and being able to stay in a piece of it was wonderful!
