The coffee wasn't very good in the breakfast area. The noise of other people was pretty loud in our room, as well. Besides that, I had a nice stay. The bed was clean and comfy. I enjoyed the jetted tub. The staff was nice.

very clean. friendly staff. location was great. waffles were good but the biscuits and gravy were not. The room smelled musty; the hotel needs to keep the fan on to circulate the dead, damp, musty air. ( this might help?)

Great place to stay!

This is a newer, beautiful hotel. The lobby is very nicely decorated. The room was clean, and in very nice condition. Will definitely stay here again if we come through this area. The only knock against it I can say is the tv had issues with the sound and had constant interference. But otherwise it’s a great hotel!

Good family hotel

The night clerk was so friendly and helpful. He was still on duty in the morning and still cheerful. I was so impressed in these days of it being hard to find good employees. The hotel was comfortable and clean. It was an easy stop on on a long road trip.

Pleasant overnight stop.

This property was well kept and the staff was friendly. We got a wonderful recommendation for a local restaurant from the staff and they were right, it was a great Italian place to eat. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I was nice to be offered breakfast! Big plus for us! So many hotels we have stayed at lately are still not serving any food or beverages because of Covid. Glad you have moved forwarded. Also we felt safe and comfortable with everything about our stay.

If the indoor pool wasn’t enough, all the other amenities surely made it worth it. So much was complimentary. Snacks, drinks, toiletries I didn’t know I needed, breakfast (including sack breakfast if you were in a hurry), first aide (when my blind husband scratched his knee). Everyone was so nice and helpful. No one rushed us out of the room the next day and they were constantly cleaning. Definitely one of the most clean hotels I’ve ever been to and quiet. Even with kids screaming in the hall at one point, the rooms are sound proof enough that I didn’t really care. We had an excellent time and will definitely go back.

Perfect location, perfect rooms, perfect staff, most amenities are perfect. Hot tub is gone, I thought 5hat I saw in pic. Expensive to maintain-okay. Grandson and my back/hip issues really sold indoor pool. There are classes and open swim to the public that you share pool. We can share pool, except when class members won’t share with paying guest and her 8-year old grandson. I left suggestions of marking area for classes to leave room for guests and public paying for open swim. Otherwise, a near perfect stay! Will be back, but be aware that we need to accommodate paying non-guests even when they will not.

Clean and comfortable, getting a bit dated.

Room was clean and comfortable, place is getting a bit dated. Rooms don’t have a single USB outlet, and the elevator has a mind off it’s own and will take you the opposite direction of the floor you’ve selected.

The lobby was clean but it ended there. Hallways and elevator was dirty along with a bad odor all around. WiFi was terrible. We couldn’t even pull up Facebook or YouTube. The beds were comfortable and the room appeared to be clean.
