"Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. "The house was great; very clean with comfy beds and spacious enough for our family of 5. Just a note: the third bedroom was on the first floor through the garage, which we weren’t aware of, but the room location did not detract from our stay. It was great having the connected bathroom upstairs and the location was perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great option for a stay in Saratoga! The house was clean as described. It's a relatively basic set up (on the small-ish side) and having four bedrooms and multiple baths was perfect for our group of friends. The back deck was nice but could use some cleanup."

Also, less than 5 minutes from the Saratoga Springs Park that is a great place to walk trails with your family and dogs if you have them with you. "

"This is a longer but since there aren’t other reviews I want to make sure add details. The townhouse is 3 stories. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with king beds. The beds were comfortable, there is duel bathrooms between the bedrooms and the shower between those. Some of the doors didn’t latch close. There are blinds on the windows but no curtains so a lot of street light comes into the room at night. The shower had essentials and lots of closet space. 2nd story is the living room, kitchen, dining...
