"Communication upon booking and before arrival was timely and helpful. During the stay I requested sheets for the trundle bed twice and never recived them! Each time I received an email saying the problem would be taken card of, but it never was. There also wasn't a coffee maker in the house which was a ptobldm for my 2 friends who were staying with me.The location was great with easy access to downtown and major points of interest."

"For the price, it was quite nice. Unfortunately the twin beds did not have sheets and blankets, nor was there bedding for the hide a bed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and not much else in terms of hygiene products. Although we carried most of our own, some guests might rely on those items being provided. The basics were good, and potentially able to house a large group, but the lack of bedding would have made that impossible. "

Place was super clean and had everything we needed...our dogs loved the fenced backyard...being able to roam freely. "We rented this as we were attending a concert at Pine Knob. It close to the venue and cheaper than surrounding hotels. The place was nicely appointed, had a full kitchen and comfy beds. Great for two couples! The backyard setting was peaceful and relaxing."

"We loved this rental. The place was perfect for our family. The beds are very comfortable and loved the noise machines in the bedrooms.
