"Host failed to notify me that the property was not inhabitable until I called at check in time. According to him the was a water main break a few days before my reservation. He was hoping to have it all cleared up for my stay. Hoever, it must have been clear to him by the morning of my stay (at the very latest) that this was impossible. Despite that he did not respond to my requests for check in info until i managed to get his number from VRBO staff at the time i was to check in."

"Scott was super friendly and was very flexible with check in and check out times. We always stayed in touch and communicated constantly.This place was perfect for hosting small pre wedding events. It has a big backyard and a pool. Everything was great expect for the hallway bathroom. There was no exhaust fan and when we tried opening and closing the window, it swung open and hit the Bride right in face leaving her with a cut right on the nose below her eyeline. Definetly a safety hazard that...

"We had a great stay! I was concerned before arriving after reading some of the reviews, especially regarding the breakfast. Some said it wasn't there at all, and some left negative comments. I'm not sure about them, but for us, it worked out great. Breakfast is available Monday through Friday, but not on the weekends. There was a great variety and I was surprised at how tasty everything was. We stayed several days so it changed throughout. The scrambled eggs, omelets, and waffles were all tasty....
