"Really lovely small hotel in a great location. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed. The windows were good as there was very little street noise when closed. The pool area was a welcome respite from the heat and was uncrowded, clean and well maintained. We wished there had been bar service at the pool but we saved by picking up our own beer at the market. We had no hot water during our stay; the management had repair people coming and we understand that things break sometimes - but...

"We had a beautiful stay with Ana and her family, they were very helpful and lovely people.
Any questions we had, they jumped to the rescue. Orašac is a quiet but stunning town with a great local shop that has everything you need, a fantastic beach to swim and relax as well as a lovely home restaurant and cafe nearby. Thank you so much for having us! Hope to be back one day soon!

"Fantastic hotel with great rooms/ great service and fabulous views. Multiple restaurants and great service by the pool and the beach with cocktails and food. Sport centre is great and we used the tennis courts and pool tables but also two gyms, full Spa , table tennis , boules and many other activities in the sports centre. Location is excellent and quite just a short ride into Dubrovnik. Breakfast is excellent with a wide choice. Highly recommend. Marko on the front desk was a complete star - always smiling, informative and made our stay perfect. 5stars 👏"

"Lovely hotel with everything you could need for a nice relaxing holiday. Private beach and spa was gorgeous, well looked after and not busy. All staff were friendly and happy to help with anything at all times of day and night. Shower in room was slightly temperamental with temperature but thats about it. "
"The area is nice. Its a village outside Dubrovnik about 35 minutes away by bus from the Old City. Its close to the beach. There's 1 grocery store and 1 restaurant that only serve during supper and needed advance reservation .
The caretaker does not speak English at all. You need a goggle translator. The towels were crunchy

The property is very close to 2 lane roads . No sidewalk at all scary when you need to walk to the grocery . Mind you the area is beautiful. "
"The views were phenomenal from room number one, the place was very fresh and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and having a restaurant on site was very convenient. Someone mentioned the food was basic but good and we would agree with that and a very limited menu. The biggest downside was the Internet, which was hit or miss and there were no amenities like shampoo, soap, etc. but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The owner is a sweetheart. "
