Whether you're seeking an alpine adventure or a family getaway, our place is your perfect choice. Located just 0.5 miles from the nearest trailhead and only 1 mile from the main trail system at the Alder Creek Adventure Center, you'll have instant access to world class trails. With close proximity to ski resorts and downtown Truckee, you'll never run out of things to do. Our home has three king beds and four bunk beds.
The space
• Great floor plan with nice furnishing.
• Living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, loft and bedrooms
• Perfect for a big family & friends getaway.
• Lots of natural light inside due to the large window walls.
• 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus loft area. The main level has 2 bedrooms - the first bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen. Upstairs has a one bedroom with a queen bed and a loft with four bunk beds, and a sofa bed for additional sleeping.
• Enjoy all the HOA amenities for a small fee (trails, pool, hot tub, gym, etc.)

Parking
• Driveway space for 2-3 vehicles depending on size

Garage
• No garage access. It is used for personal storage.
Other things to note
Outdoor furniture is put in storage during the winter.
