"Deceptive status of the amenities. Not all were operational. Non-responsive staff. Housekeeping didn’t show up until late in the day. Difficulty getting vehicle from mandatory valet. Overpriced menu options. Location was beautiful, but a disappointing experience for what is supposed to be an elite level property. "

"We checked in and soon realized that the showers upstairs were not working, also that the description says two car garage but one of the garages is occupied with a vehicle. It’s important that the listing are accurate. Not having use of the extra bathroom and garage was a disappointment considering we were in a servers storm. Probably wouldn’t rent this one again."

"We just loved our stay! The property was warm, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved the touch of the lighted trees outside and enjoyed roasting s’mores in the fire pit. The kitchen & pantry were stocked with anything you’d need. We would definitely come again for another stay. Hard to head home after our peaceful mountain getaway!"
