Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the condo, including the living areas, bedroom, bathroom, and the king-size Murphy bed located in the living room beside the gas fireplace.



Two dedicated parking spots are available directly in front of the unit, offering easy entry and exit in all seasons. The property provides true ski-in/ski-out access; guests can walk a few steps from the front door, move around to the back, and immediately click into their skis.



Ski lockers are available on-site for secure equipment storage. A community washer and dryer is located upstairs for guest use during the stay.



Guests also have access to the Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) Recreation Center, which includes a year-round heated pool, seasonal hot tubs, fitness center, saunas, and seasonal tennis and pickleball courts. This service provides reliable access to the Village at Northstar, the recreation center, trailheads, and other key points throughout the resort. Using the shuttle is particularly helpful during winter, when parking areas fill quickly and weather conditions can slow travel.



For those who choose to drive in winter, it is important to be properly prepared. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles equipped with snow tires are strongly recommended, and carrying tire chains is required by law when storms are active. Arriving early during peak ski days can help avoid congestion, though many guests find the shuttle to be the most efficient option for navigating the resort during busy times.
