The atmosphere at this hotel is very cozy and pleasant. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful and good. I stayed with my husband and son for two nights, and we really enjoyed it.

We had a comfortable stay for 1 night. The lodge is located close to the ski resorts . Truckee downtown is also a short drive away. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast area is pretty small and there wasn’t enough seating for us. Breakfast offers the basic options.

For the price it was a fine hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Also loved that we didn't need to run the HVAC unit because the temperature remained steady and perfect without it. The only thing that could possibly improve was the free breakfast. It wasn't bad but wasn't beyond average. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Place is well located, pending on room location can be a bit noisy due to traffic on 80. Breakfast is super simple but ok; do not expect a hot tub after ski because it’s not working or pool. If you want a good movie at night bring your tablet, nothing but old tv series . Staff very friendly. Overall ok for the price.
