"The home is listed in Davenport but the actual address is somewhere else. The water filter on the fridge needed replaced, the freezer door was broken, the dishwasher was so rusted it could not be used. The kitchen supplies were very lacking. I would have brought my own had I known. Also while there, there was a break in at one of the condos a few doors down which made me question the safety of the neighborhood. And the final thing, the home was not cleaned properly. There were empty water bottles under one of the beds and a leftover deodorant in another bedroom. The floors/rug were very dirty and left our socks filthy every day. "

"The booking was for four families, and although we couldn’t travel due to a medical reason, the property reservation team handled everything wonderfully and were incredibly supportive. The other guests had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Highly recommended! both for the stay and for the exceptional service!!!"

"The house was very clean and spacious. Didn’t see a single bug even ants. The appliances are great and in great condition. I went with my grandkids and they loved the space. The neighborhood was gated and the neighbors were very friendly. It was a great stay."

"The security situation at the resort is abysmal. We had to wait more than an hour to enter the property on a Friday despite having checked in much earlier in the week. Something needs to be done about this. We also had a dead rat in a trap outside in the pool area which was decayed enough that we know it had been there awhile. The response from property management about this was underwhelming and I had to ask twice to have it removed. Some of the bathtubs and showers have drainage problems. Those issues aside, we enjoyed our stay (our second time in this house and the third time at the resort). We would come back if the security issues were resolved. "
