"This charming little place is in a great location just outside of Harbor Springs that was perfect for our various adventures to Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Cross Village. We felt at home there with the bright kitchen and cute decor. It was quiet and though there is traffic on the road outside, that was easy to tune out because the bedroom is tucked in back and there were fans and a dehumidifier that made excellent white noise at night. If we had more time we would have liked to grill on the nice big patio outside too. All in all a wonderful experience and we hope to come back sometime! Thank you hosts!"

"We have rented this property for several years. Veterans from across the USA attend an important fundraiser to support a nonprofit. The property is excellent. All the people that stayed at the property were very pleased. When I encountered a problem, (someone from Florida left an important prescription drug in the refrigerator), the owners went out of their way to help me retrieve the drugs"

"Nate is a wonderful host. Very accommodating to any need or issue within reason. The groundskeeper who takes care of the property, clearing snow, salting ice, etc. was also available and friendly to be around. He even helped pull my son's van up the snow-covered hill by the house when they were leaving. I would recommend a all-wheel or 4-wheel drive during the winter."

"Great house for large group. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Downstairs was a big hit with daughters and friends, bonus was that we couldn’t hear them in the bedroom. Kitchen is well appointed and large enough for multiple people to help out with cooking and clean up. House is very clean and tidy. Kitchen sink had a leak, but text was answered right away and sink was fixed next day. (We were asked by host if it was an emergency and if someone was needed that night, but told her it could wait) Great communication by host. Will definitely book for next year’s ski trip! "
